Top reviews

Not sure why the bad reviews

Works great for me every time I go in to sell!

Simple app for selling

Simple app manages the queue for sellers. That's all it does, and it does it well.

Works fine now

Upon first launch, the app did not populate with all locations nearby. After closing the app and relaunching it, I could see all locations. The wait-list function worked as expected.

Terrible design

The UI on this app is absolutely awful. When you look at locations list only uses the street name and combines multiple states. So there is no “map view” option and you have to click each location to see the full address or even state. Then there’s an arrow “share” button on each location icon… why? When you do send something using it, it sends a pixelated “crossroads” logo thumbnail and the store hours.

This app was designed by a student or someone who knows nothing about app design and important features. Company could probably make way more money if they invested in a quality app.

Poor User Experience

This app doesn’t function

Doesn’t work

Arrived at the store, checked in via the app, waited 30 min and watched several more people sign in on the in store iPad, unit to discover my name was never added to the waitlist. Don’t use the app!

Remote Waitlist Updates Now Useless

They removed the option to check in remotely for most stores so this app is mostly useless.

Incorrect address

I’ve used this app in both Los Angeles and Santa Cruz CA and both times I’ve used it for navigation it took me to the wrong location.

Agree with worthless

What is the point of having the app? I can’t download or use it because the store is closed? Am I missing something here?

Worthless

I downloaded the app the night going into the store, and couldn’t check in because the store was closed. Fair enough. I drive out early enough to get there by store opening, and it turns out that location doesn’t have app check in, only in-store. Tried another location and received the same message. So what is the point of this app then?

Nope

Works sometimes while on WiFi; never works without WiFi. Their stores don't provide WiFi. So.

App works for me. Make sure you enable location

Location sharing has to be on for the app. I see all my norcal stores and was able to use the waitlist feature.

App doesn’t work at all!

I downloaded the app. It doesn't work at all. No stores or waiting list populates. Annoying.

Can’t do the one thing I got the app to do

Says the location I’m trying to join the waitlist for is closed whenever I try the app..

Has no function

Basically an empty app. What is the point?

Worked for me

It worked and it was fast. Pasadena

The App is Terrible

It never works and if you are able to add yourself to the waitlist it removes you with no notification. The workers at the store make you sign in again and start over. It’s worthless.

Poor app

It kicks you off the waitlist randomly, or adds your name multiple times or not at all. Seriously needs improvement.

the app does not work.

The application does not work because it is not connected to the store, I received a message from the application indicating that they would call me when it was my turn. I waited for two and a half hours in the store and they never called me, I asked when it would be my turn and all they did was apologize that they didn't have my name on the waiting list. Waste of time and bad service. They don't even deserve a star.
