I can’t login.
I created an account, i put the company’s URL in, and it’s been loading for an whole hour. I deleted the app, downloaded it back and I still can’t get access into the app to view my schedule, I can’t even put when i’m unavailable or available, etc. It’s very frustrating and I’m unhappy with this app. I have to use safari in order to get a login.

Can’t filter daily schedule
It’s a nightmare to see who is working today at what time. There are no settings in this app to help customize anything. My work has had this for a week and it’s not ideal.

THE WORST F*CLING WAY TO SCHEDULE YOUR TIME EVER. SO BUGGY MESSED UP ITS HORRENDOUS HOW BAD THIS IS. AND YOU DONT EVEN KNOW HOW TO SPEEK ENGLISH. YOU CAN FIND THE MOST BROKEN ENGLISH IN THIS APP MADE BY SOME OVER SEA IDIOTS.
many issues
trying to edit my availability is a PAIN. i’ll put in a time and then hit enter and then it won’t register it. I have all notifications on but have not been receiving notifications which can be frustrating when awaiting my schedule. the availability editing feature NEEDS to be fixed. i can’t even do it at all from my phone, if i want any chance of changing it i have to log in thru my laptop

Worst app
Never works and always logs me out dumb bs
Have to keep downloading
I have had this app for almost 3 years now. After about a week or two of being downloaded notifications stopped working. I don’t know when my new schedule comes out or if someone has taken a shift from me without actually signing into the program. It’s tedious, but it becomes annoying re-downloading the app every couple weeks. Please fix the issue.

What a god AWFUL company and app! For the last four months, the app has been stuck on the blue dots loading screen. I have redownloaded the app, updated my phone, cleared my cache, everything imaginable. Employer has tried to get in contact with Crunchtime, and they just keep giving them the same advice, to redownload the app. I even tried to call, but they said I needed to talk to my employer. I never have written a review before, but I felt the need to because of how bad this app is. You should be absolutely DISGRACED at the way you treat your customers.

Malfunctions
This app is constantly malfunctioning, it makes it really hard for anyone to see their work schedules when the app sits on the loading screen and doesn’t actually open 😒
Only one problem but I hate it
The only thing I hate about this app is when I try to change my availability to specific times on each day, it just doesn’t work. It forces me to make my availability all day when I don’t want it to be like that. I really wish they would fix it. Oh yeah, and I don’t get notifications at all even though I have them completely turned on, which is super annoying.

the app has broken for about a week. every time i open the app its stuck on the loading screen and i cant do anything. extremely inconvenient that this is happening during holiday season and everyone is requesting time off
glitches and endless logo
This is a scheduling app for a job yet it seems to not work every 2-3 months and will give me an endless loop of its logo instead of allowing me to get into the actual app. i’m not sure why this is a constant issue that’s left unresolved but it only affects people that work jobs.

Negative Experience
I’ve repeatedly had to delete and redownload the app due to loading issues, now it’s saying the site cannot be reached. Out of all the apps Ive had for scheduling purposes this by far has been the worst.

My entire store is unable to use the app due to the glitch previously remarked upon by other users a month ago. We are forced to use desktop instead of the mobile app, which is frustrating and defeats the purpose of having it.

Fix your app
For an app that is used for scheduling people, it sure is constantly broken. And if you use the website, you have to scroll through every. Single. Message that was sent to you, even if you’ve already read it. It’s taking forever and I just wanna see what time I work today
