Problem with ApplePay
I couldn’t seem to finalise my order with ApplePay even with three attempts.

App updates have ruined it
Unfortunately the latest updates have ruined the UX. After an order, the receipt stays up even when you open the app weeks later. Really hard to close it and start again too. And it will randomly log me out and I forget my password

Great tool however the page needs formatting, some of the options are hidden and you cannot go to next page easily

I used to be able to view the expiry date of free pizzas I earned but that date has recently been removed. App only says “free pizza”. I know I have 4 expiring some time in May 2026. Today it’s 8 May 2026 they’re all gone!
No freebi
Every time I’m ordering pisha, and I’m about to order my free 10th, the order doesn’t discount. This is the 4th time I’ve not received my 10th free pizza… I thought it would fix its self but I’m pretty angry about paying extra

I would’ve thought a basic feature of ordering would be to place the order. But not crust. If you’re not signed in it won’t even let you see your order, despite letting you add it.

Doesn't work
Don't bother, latest update makes it impossible to add anything to your cart and the app is basically broken. Just use their website - the apo is basically just a wrapper on that anyway except somehow worse and more broken

Poor experience when it works, which isn’t often. Just use the website.

As much as I love Crust, I don’t love how the loyalty stamps don’t appear!

Used to be great
I used to use the app as opposed to using uber or deliver Roo as I wanted to support them. The since have removed my suburb even though I can look down Nicholson street and see their sign. When I called them they where rude, so I suggest using anyone else for pizza

There is no knowing what you can put on your deals unless you go back a few pages and it doesn’t show like dominos which ones cost more and don’t which is a no no to me
