Lost nearly $700 to fraud. Paybis confirmed it was a scam and still chose to do nothing.

VERIFICATION and REFUND ISSUE
The app is terrible, said I was verified. Made a purchase and wouldn’t go through and making it hard to get me a refund DO NOT GET IT
There are good though
But the charges you guys do take per transactions is freaking too much .. why $21.20 .. for buying $196 coin that’s too much try and reduce plz
Attempted theft
Loaded the app then pull money from bank and app ran buffering for hours shut down and could not get in then app would not stop loading even after iPhone was turned off several times had to delete it
