Terrible app
Terrible app this app takes too long to log in, I tried to sign up and the process to receive verification is so piss poor. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this app and I hope this app gets taken down. The live chat bots did not provide any help.
Fraud app
I bought btc for 500 euro on this fraud app wallet and I can’t send it to another wallet I need my money back pls
Complaint not advisable to use if you need fast crypto
Worst app after verification and my first payment was made I was ask for video verification in my next payment after the video with the lady my payment was declined I don't advice someone else to use it if will keep your money for 14 days before refund after wasting your efforts
SIDES WITH THE SCAMMERS
Lost nearly $700 to fraud. Paybis confirmed it was a scam and still chose to do nothing.
If you’re looking for customer protection, accountability, or even the bare minimum of empathy, look elsewhere. Once your money is gone, don’t expect Paybis to lift a finger. They’re perfectly content to leave a scam victim holding the bag.
