Can’t log in on mobile right after setting up an account via Apple and a paper trading bot

I created an account on the website using my Apple account and created a paper trading bot. Decided to download the app to see what the trades would be like and after the first automated buy, my account won’t let me log in on the app. Only on the website. Oh and the error message says “Something went wront, please try again” maybe go through a spell check of your errors

Funktioniert nur sporadisch. Werte und Bestand steht nur verbinden. App neu starten ab und anmelden bringt nichts. Ab und zu bringt Handy Neustarts abhilfe. Aber nur bis zum nächsten Tag. Schrott App.

Absolute garbage

Not real. Don’t waste your time. Spent all day trying to make it work with my Crypto.com account. Spent hours with their support A.I. and followed everything perfectly. I’m not new to crypto. This just doesn’t work.

Rubbish for an inexperienced person

I however don’t consider myself inexperienced, but Jesus that takes complexity to a next level and they sell as user friendly. What they forget to tell you is that you have a monthly 25 something subscription and furthermore if you want strategies and methods, and they cost a lot of money. So for you to make money I recon u need to spend about a 100 quid to make a couple quid. For example I have used a bot that I developed based on the criteria’s provided, I put down 160 dollars and I am proud to say that I have got a large 3 dollar return in a month 🤣🤣 Jesus even bitsgap would have made me atleast 20 quid by now lol. On to 3 commas to see what the crack is on that now.

Ahh the new and exciting ways to spend our money for zero value lol

Doesn’t work

There’s nothing quite like the frustration of successfully navigating the API processes to connect your account, only to find that it still doesn’t work. I even sent multiple screenshots to ChatGPT to show that I was following the steps correctly, yet I still encountered issues. Save yourself the headache and consider using a different application. If your app doesn’t function properly, it shouldn’t be released to the public. Thank you for the hassle.

Complete waste of time and money

48 hours of lost time and money. What a waste. Everything was if you want this to work you have to but this extra thing etc.. Nothing worked as it said. Make sure you use PayPal so you can get a refund.

Horrible app, crashes, give wrong PnL percentage to users account and they could not figure this simple problem out. 😡

The web version is good, although more explanation can be useful and trade history can give better details. But overall it’s a good place for algo trading services. The app needs update to catch up, thus the 4 star rating.
