Having trouble tracking down how purchased tickets are distributed

I have been trying to sell my tickets for hours now. When i get to the sales portion of the app I am asked to enter a 6-digit code. However, the code never was sent to my email. I tried the resend button several times and no code in my inbox or junk folder. Im not sure why this extra step even exists since the tix are showing in my account.
What needs to be done so I can list my tickets for sale? Each day is precious so Im not stuck with these tix.

Terrible app keeps going off cannot adjust anything freezes up
Can’t find the menu to transfer ticket
Can’t find the menu to transfer the tickets and the on line instructions don’t match the menu options on the app.

Have tickets but app is really touch and go. System downtown for two days and still not fixed
