Man kann in dieser App nur mit Kreditkarte bezahlen!! Wir sind in 2025!! Wir haben PayPal / Apple Pay / girocard! Aber nein, sie wollen die Kreditkarte, die man EXTRA beantragen muss! Busfahrer geben auch keine Tickets auf, sind unfreundlich und haben kein Bock!! Schweinerei.

Bug au moment du Scan QR

À la première utilisation, BusFinder ne m’a pas demandé l’activation de la caméra et présente une page blanche figée.
De toute évidence, les contrôleurs le savent et propose immédiatement de sortir de l’applie et d’aller manuellement dans les réglages… sans oublier d’appliquer l’amende !

C’est injuste d’être verbalisé pour un bug BusFinder. Un système bien rentable pour CTM qui malgré la vidéo en guise de preuve refuse bizarrement de reconnaître le problème.

Mon seul mauvais souvenir de Sardaigne.

Application Lamentable …

Au lieu d’afficher un lien vers le paramètre d’autorisation de la caméra pour cette application , CTM préfère afficher une page entièrement blanche… ce qui leurs permets de racketter les touristes innocents avec des amendes bien salées ( voir tous les avis sur les sites de voyages pour comprendre ) . Honteux pour la Sardaigne qui est un si beau pays !

Pas pratique

Application pénible. Je souhaite préparer depuis la France un trajet en bus qui aura lieu en Italie demain. Comme c’est compliqué: l’application me remet systématiquement chez moi, ne trouve pas la ville où je veux aller, et sur la carte…, ça recommence… je voulais acheter des tickets, je ne vois pas comment. Je trouve l’application ratp mille fois mieux. C’est dire!!!!

One star is too much

App did not find the intended station. When I located our place, we got recommendations of buses (which worked), but buying the ticket did not work.

Works, but clumsy and unintuitive

The app does allow you to plan a trip, or see a bus route. But once you press start the map looses the difference between the asking and bus sections or segments. And the icons along the route are huge and block out the map. As well, they don’t seem to relate to stops or anything.

Also, no direction of travel is indicated so when a bus doubles back, you can’t tell which way it will go.

Finally, the ‘real time’ info is a joke. You have to select the origin of the route and assume the indicated time of arrival is reliable.

One final thing. There was a spontaneous strike one day and they couldn’t even put a banner on the app.

Waste of time

Useless, cannot purchase ticket online.

It’s does the job!

We purchased a multi-use ticket for a week. We've visited beaches to the south west of Cagliari, the app has been OK.
I use Google maps to plan my route plus when/where the next bus is coming. Once the bus is coming, I activate purchase in the app and scan the QR code on the bus.
It’s a shame it doesn’t cover all bus companies and the train, like in Northern European countries like Sweden.

Totally broken

Absolutely nothing works in the application. Failed to have any feature work as intended, the payment times out repeatedly. Better plan to have some cash to pay in the bus !

Ancora nel medioevo

Nessuna possibilità di pagare con PayPal o con una normalissima carta.
Chi non ha una carta di credito se la prende in quel posto.
