App keeps logging out and does not recognize password it provides. Strange.

App keeps crashing

The app constantly crashes when I select ‘View Your CTOS Report Summary’.

We’re constantly reminded to download and use the app on the CTOS website with pop-ups, but then this happens?!

Please fix this ASAP thank you
