Required switching to Chinese interface for basic set up steps.
First of all, you need to log out to change languages. So many of the basic setup steps are only available in the Chinese interface. You can’t transfer money before you set up the transaction authentication/authorization. This step unfortunately was also only available in Chinese.
Really annoying to navigate especially when the Chinese interface has a lot more items, so I don’t even remember where the buttons are anymore. Constantly taking screenshots to Google Translate and logging in and out several times between both languages is what I had to do.
Please do better. The English interface looks really sad.

當你只是一般服務確認資料異動調整時，而這些都是國泰世華輕鬆解決時，後面都會補個客服滿意度調查，但是當發生問題國泰世華各單位在互踢皮球時，滿意度調查也不敢讓你寫，只能說存款不夠多問題都是自己的問題，存款夠多所有人都可以跳出來解決銀行造成的問題
Very bad service and English app
Hello everyone, just want to introduce you how bad this app and service. If you use English version you can only transfer money. For other, you need to switch to Chinese version. So, it is super inconvenient to foreigners.
For almost any service, bank employees call the call center, and you, standing in the bank branch with all your documents, waste time trying to establish your identity, even though you're there with all your documents, even if you just need to change your card's PIN or activate it.

這什麼破幹網銀 當初設定使用者代號的時候一直給一堆限制有夠智障 然後當初也設了生物辨識登入 然後現在又我不讓我用 要先打代號跟密碼才進得去 馬的誰記得住不習慣用的帳號密碼 設計的人是腦子被鎖在銀行保險櫃了是不是

建議在轉帳紀錄內新增「事後備注」的欄位，如果轉帳當下沒有寫到備注，後面還有機會新增，謝謝
明細不會即時跳出
每次消費刷卡完明細都不會立馬跳出，雖然帳簿已扣款，但是明細都會在消費後的一個禮拜後再一起全部跳出來，根本不知道哪一個是哪一天還有時間所刷的卡，因為全部時間都變成跳出明細的那一天以及時間
轉帳帳號顯示
可否在截取轉帳時選擇是否完整秀出全部帳號或是只顯示末幾碼呢？

請增加信用卡下載流水明細的功能（要excel檔案），因為消費太多綁定信用卡，有些費用要報銷都要截圖篩選，麻煩得很，希望改善
