Buggy and useless

The app is buggy and useless but you always get pushed here to do any account stuff. Ironically I needed to raise a support ticket but after filling out the form it just doesn’t submit. Now I need to call, and past experience is even worse on the phones. If you have an app - make sure it works

Failure of an App

For a broadband company you would think they would be able to have an app that works. The login is useless as it doesn’t do anything so can’t log in via the app. I have to do it on my browser. Fix it guys.

Useless

Absolutely useless, pointless app. Cannot log in-you enter your email address and click send magic link, no link arrives. The log in process needs complete overhaul

Magic link useless!

Another one here with whom the magic link does nothing so app totally unusable! Sort it out please, how difficult can it be?!

Can’t login via Magic Link

I’ve no idea whether this app is any good or not as the magic link just doesn’t work.

Whoever thought this was a good idea needs to take a long hard look at themselves in the Product Management mirror.

Migrating across from Swish so let’s hope the fibre connection is better than the app experience. You’ve already lost some brownie points by downgrading me from 1 Gbps to 900 Mbps.

Problems

I have nothing but problems trying to log in to my account I have tried everything

Great app!

Really useful and well designed

Can’t log in

As others have said, the sign in process doesn’t work with the app, so the app has zero functionality. Not really a good sign for an ISP really.

Unable to sign in using magic link

I use an iPhone, and Microsoft outlook for emails. The magic link function is great, but it wants me to restore the old Mail app and get the link there. I don’t want to do this. So I’ll continue to look at my account by using browser instead. Hopefully this will be sorted in the future.

Looks good

The app is nicely structured, it gives you basic info of your plan, bills etc. I'm giving it 4 stars as I'd love to see a feature where you get quotes for a new contract or an option to upgrade/downgrade your current plan. They could even send offers via push notifications. For example, I'm currently paying £x for 500, if I'd get a notification telling me I can upgrade to 1000 for £x+y directly from the app, there's a high chance I would do that. Also, chat support as someone mentioned would be welcome.

Can’t login

Magic link isn’t working for me to access app, sends email fine and then redirects to web only and the app never progresses further for login. Logged support ticket and nothing resolved. Guessing I’m only using web then!

Useless

Sign in using email ha still waiting on “magic link” useless

Nice app but the login procedure kills it

Tried it once, the login procedure doesn’t make any sense - as it doesn’t on the website:

* need to type my (long) email address every time, no option to cache it or get it from the keychain
* need to keep refreshing my email for a minute, doesn’t get the code automatically
* no option to sign-in with a passkey (face-id or finger print)

Rest is nice, layout, UX, easy to navigate.

Lovely app however there is room for improvement

I absolutely love the app; it’s very well-done. However, I would like the option to stay signed in instead of having to constantly log in. Additionally, a chat feature within the app would be very beneficial!
