App always signs you out even while in use and scrolling

So, I ordered two hats from this company, and one of them arrived with a visible dirt line. I immediately went on their website to find customer support, but it was extremely difficult to locate any helpful contact options. When I finally found the “Chat with a live representative” button, it redirected me to an email form instead. I sent an email with photos of the issue, but I still haven’t received a response. After that, I reached out through all their social media platforms and finally got a reply on Instagram but all they told me was to “try cleaning it.” Honestly, the app and website are terrible, and the customer service experience has been really disappointing.

For a long time, to log in to account every time I access the app. Are they even going to fix this? It seems like no one reads or responds to reviews.
I like the clothes and style of this app but…
They need to fix this customer service process… they lost my package and took me two weeks to finally have a voucher, had to push them to have an actual answer so plz just get better on this and I will continue being a customer.

Good luck getting through to customer service online. They are never available and within 24 to 48 hours someone will get back to you maybe…the likelihood of things being resolved will take some time so if you don’t have two weeks to about a month to wait on an update (shipping, returns, etc. ) I wouldn’t purchase.
And if you’re loyal customer, they will not be loyal back to you, especially when things are out of your control. The lack of accountability is relatively high on their end.

They cancled my order TWICE for no valid reason
My package never arrives
I've tried to contact them to get an update, but first of all, they don't have a phone number to call, and second, they don't respond to the emails I've sent. My package was never delivered, and they can't even contact me to help me. This isn't my first time buying from them, but I realize they're not going to resolve anything for me.

Love the clothes however, recently I have tried to do a refund and it failed to generate a label and gave me an error. No email of process either to get label. I also cannot reach anyone because when you go to Contact Us, the page loads for a split second then goes blank. FIX YOUR APP! And I want to process my refund!

Paid for fast shipping and it was still late and way after christmas
I paid for fast shipping and was expected to get it 2-3 days after ordering. i ordered december 20th, so it should have got here on the 22nd. now it is telling me its going to get here the 26th. why pay for fast shipping if it did nothing?

The clothes themselves are pretty good in quality. I’m only reviewing the app. I’ve been logged out of my account and it won’t let me reset my password, so I had to create a new account. I had to go through all the items I had wish-listed. As I try to view my new wishlist is extremely laggy and doesn’t really load. Randomly I get a scrolling bug where if I want to scroll up it tries to force me to scroll back down. Lots of little bugs that ruin that app
