What else need I say. It’s a great app to make life easy in NYC.
Always autofills the wrong address. I change it, the app changes it back. Arrgh!
I love Curb app and use it whenever I get in a taxi. However for the last week I haven’t been able to use it. When I open the app it keeps closing, or is just a blank screen. There is a bug that needs to be fixed
I've given up on trying to hail a can with this app. Too many cancellations have crush my faith that a driver will come get me in Brooklyn. But the app is great to pair and pay. Saves time getting out of the cab.
They didn’t have a driver for us and help our payment for a while.
Could not get app to let me in. Requested reset many times and never received
Makes you sign up before letting you see the app and see if it even works in your area.
Can’t get registered. Good thing NYC doesn’t have many tourists that want taxis 🙃
Cabs arrive on time (when called) and are mostly clean and comfortable. The drivers usually take the quickest route without being told which way to go. But, the prices are way too high . It’s $10 by the time I go a block.
Works well. I like that it works in multiple cities. Remembers cc info
Very professional driver
Wait times as long as 40mins
I’d give this app a much more favorable review if (1) you could tag the stored credit cards with nicknames (like “Business” or “Personal”), and (2) you could switch the card to be charged while on the ride. As it stands now, if you select the wrong card there’s no way to undo it.
Constantly gives me error messages, won’t let me add a payment method. I’ve tried uninstalling reinstalling resetting evvvverything and never ever works!
It would be great if there was a QR code to scan to pair the cab.
This makes paying for your taxi SO much easier!!!
Driver gives attitude on short ride
Love having a cab app alternative to rideshares, but one of the huge benefits of a yellow cab is that they’re required to have air freshener-free air. Curb is giving me cars with the poisonous little trees and it makes me wish I’d just hailed a cab.
It took me the entire ride to get it to pair.
I haven’t had a problem with this platform. It’s easier and faster to get a cab at ORD than an Uber.
