Ridiculous policy
The estimates are completely fabricated. It will estimate 2 minutes then once you look for a driver it says 30 minutes. When I cancel I am charged $4 when the driver hasn’t even pinched towards me. Their policy is that you will be charged a fee if it takes you more than 30 seconds to cancel you get charged. I’ve cancelled immediately and still been charged.
Update- they are now trying to back track and claim that if you cancel immediately you won’t get charged. That ridiculous and untrue. I cancel immediately, which is once I see the ACCURATE time estimate. They claim I cancelled after 30 seconds which is impossible to prove as there’s no screen timer. Don’t waste your time just use legitimate apps that value customer service and experience.

This app works intermittently every other time. I’m in the car. It won’t connect so I can’t say I would really recommend that.
Greedy app
Took Payment and I don’t even have a car yet. if the cab doesn’t show up then what. they shouldn’t charge you upfront. It could be a hold yes but not a charge, it said charge not hold 🤔
Terrible for wheelchair users
Whenever I have to take my wheelchair-bound mother for an appointment, and I order a wheelchair accessible vehicle via Curb, the driver turns up and seems surprised that there is a wheelchair. Drivers claim they didn’t know it was a wheelchair ride. Then they claim the wheelchair ramp doesn’t work or some other excuse. This has happened multiple times and I will no longer use Curb.
