This app was used as an uber scam against uber drivers like myself. I had an uber rider named “Katie” to pick up at her location and upon arriving to the location I was informed to call “Katie” via through the uber app that my account is on-I call two times and no answer. 3rd call was answered by a gentleman calling himself “Krispen” giving out his badge number and claiming he’s from uber and that there has been a report that I was drinking and driving, alcohol smell in my car, and excessive speeding-then said “they’d verify” if the accusations were true. He put me on hold for about 15 minutes until I said out loud “I’m just going to call the police this is ridiculous” then he unmuted the phone and asked if I was okay and soon after than had me download this app claiming that I needed to “transfer funds” in order to receive “compensation funds” for my troubles since they found I have a consistent 5 star rating. Got into my bank through this app and now I am unable to get back into this app because it has been disabled. This app has been reported to the police for theft and scams against uber drivers.

Lost a customer
I’ve been using this app for 7+ years. Never had any problems, never had to file a dispute. Got scammed by a Facebook shop, filed a dispute and they didn’t do anything to help me. There isn’t even anything on the website for the price they charged me without my consent. Good features, no help when it comes to disputes or getting scammed .

Ridiculous Fees
This mobile banking experience is the WORST EVER!! They will charge you fees for everything, literally everything like transferring a couple bucks to your other bank accounts, &/or Apple Pay if you’re using an IPhone device!! No ATM in my area (entire city), they’ll charge for cash back at registers as well!! CURRENT IS A RIP OFF!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM

Saddest excuse for a banking app
I don’t like putting personal information out but if I don’t someone else will end up like I did. My wife got sick and we got a little behind. I signed up to current for help and I liked the fact you got paid two days early so I moved my check over. Today I was needing to transfer my car payment in to my account. Error message after error message. I reached out for help. NONE. they won’t help you unless you have screen shots of everything you do. I get it’s a “bank” but it’s messed up I lost 100 dollars with transfer after transfer just to get MY PAYCHECK, just so I didn’t lose my car. This app is the worst.
