This is one of the best apps I have used besides VINTED. I like that you can usually find things with free shipping and if not you can always ask for it. It even has a great selling service as well. Just a great app lol the way around and it’s updated regularly. Thank you curtsy!!!

I loved selling on curtsy in the beginning - but the fees, algorithm, review system, etc etc have gotten outrageous. I have a lot more success on other apps now and have tried to stay on curtsy but it’s honestly just become a headache

Worst experience I’ve ever had.
I had been using this app for years as both a buyer and a seller. I loved it and it was my favorite way to shop for clothes. Keyword WAS. I had had an account on this app since I was 13 years old, used that account for years with zero issue and then ran into an issue. I lost access to it over something that was not my fault so I made a new account since it wasn’t stated anywhere on the app that having multiple accounts was not allowed, and then used that account for years without issue. This past Friday, I was seeking a refund for an item that was not as described or advertised, when I then lost access to that account for having multiple accounts when I did not know, I was not allowed to do that in the first place. Once I finally got a hold of support I was falsely accused of making a second account as a loophole and lost all access to this app and its content permanently. i’m quite upset since support did absolutely nothing to help and falsely accuse me of things when I had been a loyal customer of this app for roughly 7 years. this app is not worth saving $10-$20 per clothing item for the way that I was treated by support.

omg this app gives you 10% of what you think you will earn so if you sell a top for $8 you will make 80 cents and not to mention the people who work here are not helpful at all! so i’m 16 and they let me sell clothes (this app is 13+) which was great i sold some items and when it came time to transfer my money they said i was underage. i talked to curtsy about this and they suspended my account. depop is so much better!!

Snail sales
When I first downloaded this app and had my Poshmark closet link and downloaded to curtesy initially I made two sales. It’s been crickets ever since seems. I send offers an offer as an offers to the point of ridiculousness every week.it’s like the buyers on this platform wants swap shop prices , at least what swap shop
prices used to be.
Update: I tried this again and I saw that I was getting my items pulled , and I’d see these exact kinds of items being promoted on the platform . Fighting cancer and dealing with them and there ridiculous rules is a bit too much. I need funds to pay for my cancer treatment ,but this platform is too stressful !!!!! If you don’t want it on there don’t allow it when pulling items from my poshmark then !!!

Highly recommend Curtsy
I have had no issues since using Curtsy. I had an issue with a review and my message was received and the issue resolved promptly. I love having another platform other than the normal EBay or Posh. And great job on fast responses, that makes a huge difference in selling when you know someone is going to answer you if you have an issue with an order.

I started selling on Curtsy a couple of months ago and have had a great experience! Very easy to use and quick payment to my account!
They don’t care about their users
I used to love this app. I spent a lot of money buying clothes and made a decent amount selling. I even recommended it to all my friends. They recently got rid of the coins feature. You could save up “coins” from selling and buying to get discounts. I had quite a few, and just lost them all with no warning. They also have a lot of AI on the app, which sucks. They have yet to bring back the clear out lots. Just a lot of bad. Sad to see such a great app go so wrong. Will be taking all my business elsewhere.
