Useless app
Cant book ferry to Langkawi cause payment process with international credit card not working, tech support is useless, told me go to counter to buy tickets…
Apps problem
Banyak kali log in tak save . Bila nk add to cart dia suruh log in. Bila dh log in. Nk add to cart dia suruh log in balik. Ulang log in sampai 5 kali still sama👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Booking tiket departure dari kedah ke langkawi… return trip… bila dah checkout tiket jadi departure dari langkawi ke kedah… chat dgn admin mintak tukar tak bole kena bayar 50% dari harga dah checkout tiket pastu bole dapat tiket pergi sahaja… what a bad apps tolong baca review apps sebelom book

Date option
Bila nk pilih date hari sabtu page tu jadi stuck tak boleh nk slide ke tepi sikit untuk pilih sabtu. Mohon kecik kan sikit box calendar date option
Very poor apps
Apps sangat lah tidak user friendly.. Selalu error bila nk beli tiket.. Macam ke ni nak tarik pelancong datang Langkawi?
Rent a car at your own risk.
Buying ferry ticket is okay. Buying entrance ticket for places on the spot also ok. BUT beware..if you book specific car model for rent, in-app service provider don’t respect your choice and just rent u whatever available car left in their possession. I booked two similar model, and got two different cars. Too bad i couldn’t leave review under the said company. Anyway, I just want people to be able to rate/write in-app review for services, so that service providers will take note and users too can make informed choices 🙂

Tried to hug a ferry ticket. But it always says “passenger info incomplete” no matter what I put into it. Ridiculous. And it is the only way to buy a ferry ticket.

Horrible to use. Many errors and bugs. Very difficult, people over 50 would struggle.

Seat Arrangement and Infant Ticket
Please place a seating arrangement so that reservations are easy to make and please include infants ticket even if it is free. Because when I booked tickets for myself, my baby and a child, the seats were separated far and wide. The app needs to be further improved to be user friendly.
