Easy to use
I have accounts at both CVB and Chase. Both apps perform the same functions but CVB’s app is basic and easy to use. Moreover, I am not bombarded with product advertisements and features that I don’t want or use on this app like I am with the Chase app. If you’re looking for a basic, easy to use app, this one is ideal.

Can't even log in!
I've only been able to log in for the first few days after the banking app was changed. I can't do a thing. I'm beginning to get very unhappy with this bank. The weekend the switch occurred, I was unable to transfer funds and they charged me an overdraft fee. Wow.
Happier with an older version
The main idea behind a bank app is to give you minute to minute information of the activities that are taking place on your bank account and this app has gotten worse with the updated versions. I got it when it first came out and it was amazing and now it gives you misguided information that at the end of the day if you don’t keep up with your transactions you would definitely have some kind of overdraft fee. My app gives me an idea of more money being on my account, that is not there because the app has not picked up on the last transaction. I loved this app but now it has not been any help to me. Sad to see such a good app go to waste.
