All around bad
I downloaded this app because the website no longer allowed me to sign in to pay by desktop. Now the app won’t let me log in even though it worked last month. I put in my email and it just keeps refreshing that portion of the screen, never taking me to put in my pin. I’m forced to have to pay over the phone. This is ridiculous. You would think a company that revolves around technology would have tech elements that actually work.

Garbage, Just like Zito Itself
Constantly throwing invalid JSON Requests. Can’t pay bill because billing information changes. Updated last month and paid bill. Auto pay is set and so is paperless billing which was a big mistake! Now Zito won’t take payment and charges penalties doubling my bill!
Hard to use
I have to sign in each time I use the app. It does not work with Apple passwords. FaceID is not implemented. Cannot paste OTP into app. When paying a bill, the bill amount is not pre-populated into the payment window and I have to backtrack to find the amount to type it in.
Not Great but serviceable
My first impressions are that it’s serviceable for paying bills but Not much else. The login process is cumbersome. Once the app establishes that it’s you and it sends a one time PIN it should verify your identity, then allow you to create a password, or send you texts which are easier, especially on the iPhone. The one bright spot in all of this , is that it saves your credit card information for the next time. Before using this app, I found myself either calling customer service and paying over the phone or using the automated system , both of which have their own problems, and extra fees. It also looks like this app has some rudimentary customer service features. I haven’t tried them yet but I assume that they’re not that great. All in all they could do a lot better.
