All around bad
I downloaded this app because the website no longer allowed me to sign in to pay by desktop. Now the app won’t let me log in even though it worked last month. I put in my email and it just keeps refreshing that portion of the screen, never taking me to put in my pin. I’m forced to have to pay over the phone. This is ridiculous. You would think a company that revolves around technology would have tech elements that actually work.

Garbage, Just like Zito Itself
Constantly throwing invalid JSON Requests. Can’t pay bill because billing information changes. Updated last month and paid bill. Auto pay is set and so is paperless billing which was a big mistake! Now Zito won’t take payment and charges penalties doubling my bill!
Hard to use
I have to sign in each time I use the app. It does not work with Apple passwords. FaceID is not implemented. Cannot paste OTP into app. When paying a bill, the bill amount is not pre-populated into the payment window and I have to backtrack to find the amount to type it in.
Not Great but serviceable
My first impressions are that it’s serviceable for paying bills but Not much else. The login process is cumbersome. Once the app establishes that it’s you and it sends a one time PIN it should verify your identity, then allow you to create a password, or send you texts which are easier, especially on the iPhone. The one bright spot in all of this , is that it saves your credit card information for the next time. Before using this app, I found myself either calling customer service and paying over the phone or using the automated system , both of which have their own problems, and extra fees. It also looks like this app has some rudimentary customer service features. I haven’t tried them yet but I assume that they’re not that great. All in all they could do a lot better.

Pay your bill and see no change to balance due
I paid my bill and saw no change to the balance I owed. It’s confusing.
How do you pay?
Trying to pay my bill call the number and get a message “To pay faster download the app”, then I get disconnected. I download the app and I can’t login. It doesn’t like my pin and there is no option to retrieve. How would you like me to pay for my wonderful (not) service?
Awful
You have to enter your four digit pin and be sent an OTP that does not even send to your email and then you log out of your account and have no other way to pay your bill. You should have a set password and be able to login your account at any time.

The app hardly ever works. So I end up having to call and pay my bill. What’s the point of having an app if it’s not going to work!?

It never allows me to log in. Says credentials are not correct. But when I talk to a rep with Zito I give them same info and it is correct.
Useless
Don’t waste your time with this comically bad app. The app has been unable to display my current account balance since I downloaded it. I can’t think of any good reason to keep it. I doesn’t do much at all. Deleted.
Doesn’t work most of the time
Ever since otp has been introduced and then the app, it is very unreliable in sending an email with the code. I’ve gone back to just paying my bill on the website instead. At least I get the email with the code within the 5 minutes.
Why isn’t otp used to send a code via text message instead of email?
Also when paying my bill, why isn’t the amount prefilled?
I don’t see that you provide a way to log off. I have to just close the internet browser.

Doesnt show balance
I have tried multiple times to use the app to pay my bill but every time I try to load the bill pay it has an infinite loading symbol. Would love to actually be able to use it.

A bit awkward
Seems OK for basic access. A bit annoying that it will not retain your login details between each session- instead always asking for PIN and then validation via EMail.

Just don’t and find new service
Don’t use zito media every if you have any hope of another service provider change it now.
The payment option may just decide to double up charges that they will only add credit to your service with. (This is in reference to a web payment in addition to the app)
Service is intermittent and internet connections are always bad early morning and late night est.
The app doesn’t even load everything so it looks like you’re going to send your money off shore.
Service is said to be 24/7 yet you will not get any real help besides the basic reset motions and the problem is there in 20 mins later.
This app still wants to put more features on and they can’t even fix the ones they have.
