Can’t add a payment option. Unusable.
A-Mark is a trusted company
A-Mark is a trusted company that is publicly traded. This app is backed my A-Mark who also owns JM Bullion. It took a while for this app to work but it now seems to be working well. The spot metal prices have a lower premium than OneGold.
They hold your money
I personally wouldn’t use this app if I had know how long it take to get your money back, if you transfer from your debit card it will take 45 days for you to get that money back out of the app. I’ve contacted them twice about how long it’s taken and they do not care , I don’t see any reason you shouldn’t be able to withdraw your money immediately after your deposit.

Can’t log in
I have an IPhone SE. The model with the physical home button. I am unable to log in due to the log in button not responding when I click on it. Pleas fix this.
