Hate the ach cutoff times
The all is not terrible but it doesn’t give you a heads up about cutting times for external transfers into Cyprus accounts. As a result I’ve left my daughter stranded 2x because I don’t know there was a cutoff. Super annoying

Cyprus is great!
I’ve been with Cyprus since 1985 and it’s a fantastic credit union. The app and the online bank are very user friendly. Their staff are very helpful with any financial question you may have. Thanks Cyprus for always being great to work with.
Love the improvements
I do love the looking feel of the app. But what is missing is how much interest has been paid on an account? That needs to be accessible easily.

App is average with other banking apps. Nothing jumps out as better than the current app world. Issues with logging out when updates come and download.

literally to pay the credit card you have to transfer phones. This is ridiculous.

Transactions do not list last of card numbers so you do not know which cardholder may have made the transaction; transactional details are sparse; often find the app hangs up and has a blank screen and I have to try again to get information

I love this mobile app!! It does everything I need to do and I’m so happy with it!! Love the alerts and deposits and transactions go thru so fast!! I’ve worked in 2 different credit unions, retired from a very large one and Cyprus is just so much better than others!!
