literally to pay the credit card you have to transfer phones. This is ridiculous.

Transactions do not list last of card numbers so you do not know which cardholder may have made the transaction; transactional details are sparse; often find the app hangs up and has a blank screen and I have to try again to get information

I love this mobile app!! It does everything I need to do and I’m so happy with it!! Love the alerts and deposits and transactions go thru so fast!! I’ve worked in 2 different credit unions, retired from a very large one and Cyprus is just so much better than others!!

Design Getting Worse
Frustrating that with a change some months ago, there is more interactions required to see the account information I want, and less ability to configure account names and sorting.
Maintenance and loading issues
I've been with Cyprus CU for a couple years now and I have family who've used it longer, but this app is bad. It is under constant maintenance and takes forever to load. I've had to wait days for it to function properly.
