Unable to create video

Thank you for your assistance.

When I try to upload photos and create a video, I get the message "Please try again in a few minutes."

Even after waiting a while and trying again, it still doesn't work, and it's been several days since then.

I still have 12 credits remaining.

Please help me find a solution.

Terrible

I have been trying to unsubscribe from day one. The app doesn’t work and it doesn’t allow me to do anything. How do i unsubscribe. I think this app is a fraud.
