Update Irritation

The app doesn’t suck, but the fact that I have to update it every time I go to use it is infuriating.

Honor Roll Points not right

The app is great, only thing I find it doesn’t do right is calculate the honor roll points correctly. They are only counting the group sessions and not the 1 on 1 my son is taking that should equal 2 points per session. It’s not giving him any points for 1 on 1 sessions

Love This App!

I use it multiple times a week to book my classes. And I really enjoy reading the articles in D1 DAILY - there is so much inspiring and entertaining content in there. I love learning about the D1 community nationwide!

Birthday Calendar Not Working

When I’m signing up the account to link the membership, it asks for the Customer’s birthday. I am unable to select anything else past June 17, 2012. I can select a different day but I cannot select a different month or a different year. I give the rating of two stars because this should’ve been caught in testing,. It is a very easy programming fix.

Hi there, thanks for your feedback. We have set the minimum age to sign up for the D1 Mobile App to 13 years old, as users are required to be that age to accept our Terms of Use. This is why you can't select a date of birth that would make the user younger than 13 years old. We will add some text to the screen in our next release to make this clearer.
