Prepare Level: Pull-Ups, Push-Ups, and Dips now have a beginner-friendly "Prepare" tier with easier variations (Negative Pull-Up, Incline Push-Up, Assisted Bench Dip). A great starting point if Level 1 feels too challenging. Level Preview: Long-press any level segment to see the full breakdown: variation name, training days, test target, and day-by-day plan. Extended Programs: Longer Level 3 programs for Pull-Ups, Push-Ups, Squats, and Dead Bugs with consolidation phases for deeper strength gains. Pull-Ups Level 1 also extended with extra consolidation days.
