User reviews

Can’t log in

I can log in with my info on their website but the app says they cannot find my account so I can’t track my hours or baby’s activities throughout the day. That should never happen on an app I had to pay for. Have tried to reach out to support but the only option is to email and wait.

Overcharged

Why did I just get charged $23 instead of the listed 6.99?

At first it was great…

This worked well at first but I can no longer delete or edit events. Now, it just repeats events we no longer attend. I emailed the developers about it but no change. No point in using the calendar (the essential communication tool with our nanny) in this app. We have had to regroup and find another means of communicating about the kids’ schedules. Very disappointing especially for a paid app.

Cumbersome

Not user friendly. I just can’t figure out how to use this app. I have to put each day’s shift in one day at a time. I got this app so I would save time but it definitely doesn’t do that. I tried to add the weekly shift via the calendar as recommended by the developer, but that still didn’t work.
When I enter a week of vacation at $0 it still calculates overtime for 104 hours even though I put the shift time as 9-5 at $0.
If there was something better I’d get it instead.

Idea is great

I have to use this for my job but it constantly freezes up. It takes me 5 times to upload one picture. I have to keep refreshing the app. To
Add anything else I have to take a deep breath and count to 7 because this app is getting on my last nerves.
