Not worth your time
ever since I got this app, it’s been a hassle for me, either I can’t submit a receipt or if I bought an item for a reward I didn’t get it

Stuck at 4,900 - literally 100 away from the minim payout. How convenient. I can no longer access the camera when I select it and cannot contacts t support either. Welp, guess my time was wasted. Stick to other receipt apps, y’all.

My first account was disabled after a few hours. My second account was disabled when I tried to redeem. They are wasting my time and luring me to buy things that is not my usual selection. Do not believe in them. Need to redeem asap before they shut down your account.
Needs more cash out option
There are no cash out options besides a visa gift card, which is boring. There should be options like paypal, venmo, bank account cash out! Please add more options! Also add the option to link bank account to get points for purchases! There are better options out there. Try Fetch, pogo, receipt hog for more/ better cash out options!

Unable to delete account made in error
I reached out to customer service to ask for the account to be deleted because I already have an account and for whatever reason when you click on delete account, it asks for a password, but a password was never created so I can’t delete the account on my own. I can’t log into the correct account because no matter what I do it doesn’t allow me to log out or delete the account.

Too Many Restrictions
Looked like a keeper until it said my receipt limit reached. Tried for 3 days in a row but still got the limit notification. Wrote customer support and someone promptly responded saying they have receipt limits and “user-based restrictions in place.”
If you’re one of those who submit receipts only occasionally then this app may be for you.

Use to work now it don't after update
Very limited I guess
This app worked fine at first. After scanning a handful of receipts it tells me I have reached my daily limit come back tomorrow. I have tried for several days in a row now and still get the daily limit reached pop up. I tried looking in the FAQ’s but the only information in the FAQ’s is about the surveys only there is absolutely no information on the receipt scanning.

Not as great
I was scanning my receipts and the camera can pick up the dates in the format of month day and year perfectly fine but if you have it in the military format, which gives you the year the month and then the day the receipt app cannot pick it up. It says that it is too far back each receipt gives you 10 coins. You may have a chance for bonus scans, but they want picture of the barcode and then a picture of the product I’ve only scanned in nine receipts and I’m already at Max and I just started.

Very great survey app
So far my experience has been great and I’ve only had the app downloaded for three weeks and I’ve already earned $40. Surveys are reasonable length. I will keep y’all updated on how smooth the payout process is but so far I recommend this app to everyone

Haven’t been able to scan receipts in almost a month, the camera button on the app won’t work. They’ll disqualify you after you do the whole 10 min survey that was supposed to take 3 minutes and then not reward you at all. It’s annoying that you have to enter all your info and do a survey to prove you’re not a robot before you can get to the actual survey. I was able to cash out $5 after over a month, but I think I’ll delete this app now because it’s wasting my time.

Survey disasters
Scanning receipts is easy enough but you only get 10 points for every receipt. I started taking screen shots of when I begin a survey, as I’m doing it, and when I’m finished. Today I clicked on one for over 1500 points. It was about an 18 minute survey. I invested 10 minutes into it, followed every step and suddenly was told I’m not a good fit for the survey. After 10 minutes I get 20 points for starting the survey. I could scan 2 receipts in 4 seconds for the same 10 minutes I invested. This happens often. Not worth the effort for the surveys.
