Products are decent, Customer Support is Horrible.
The products are decent. But their customer support is so horrible. Especially the AI agent. Talking to the bot is the most frustrating thing you’ll ever have to do in your life. At no point is there an option to connect to human agent. Even if you ask for one the bot keeps repeating the last thing it said. After struggling with this bot for sometime it finally said connect you to one of our human agent and then it says it is outside of our operating hours. Obviously it is, I’ve been asking it to connect me to a human agent since 30-40 minutes, and it does that only when the working hours are over.
Honestly the products are not that unique to deal with this frustration.

Selective Reviews Misleading Customers
I’ve noticed something concerning about this platform’s review system. When I purchased a product the first time, it was good, and my positive review was posted on the website without any issue. However, my second purchase didn’t meet expectations. I submitted an honest review, but it was never published.
When I contacted customer support, I was told that the company does not post negative reviews. This raises serious concerns about transparency and fairness. By only displaying positive feedback, the platform appears to be manipulating ratings and misleading customers about the true quality of their products.
Customers deserve to see genuine, balanced reviews before making a purchase decision.

Worst Customercare support…
Their products are but their customer care support is very worst. I cannot contact their customer support after trying for nearly 4 days after the delivery to exchange my product with another, not even return but to exchange my product, I have requested, but no reply from their side. So please keep in mind once you order the product. Exchange or return is very difficult from their side…. It also frustrating that I cannot exchange my product after I am buying as there is no one to respond, but they keep AI to respond in WhatsApp and while calling… so keep in mind while ordering any product…
