No refund even when I didn’t use it
Downloaded the app one month ago. Since then, I was diagnosed with a budging disk, stenosis, and scoliosis and have been in a great deal of pain. It’s hard to cancel because I had to go to “great apps” and not through their own app nor did Apple have it under my subscriptions. Then they wouldn’t refund the $38. I didn’t even use it ONCE and they should be able to see this. Not good customer service !

Landing page/ app tries to channel you into endless workouts and dances you don't want. Not designed for user to search and select style, time length, etc.
Deceptive and misleading
This app tricks you into paying for a subscription. It’s advertised that you can buy a plan for a week or month, then they debit from your account unauthorized payment for monthly subscription. An amount they said is automatically charged. Which they call a ‘surprise fee’.

アカウントのログインをする。アドレスとパスワードが必要です。アプリを取り込む時に自分で決めたやつです。その後右上の設定マーク、マネージサプスクリプション、subscriptionタブに移動し、自動更新オフにします。全ての文字は英語です。しかし苦手な私でも意味がわかりました。無事にキャンセルができ、支払った分の会期だけアプリを使い、契約終了です。皆さんで痩せましょう。

This is my first review of an app ever. I have done a lot of trial apps to see if they are the right fit. I DID NOT like this app, no biggie, wasn’t right for me.
Tried to cancel immediately during trial, then tried to cancel after being charged, and thought I had. Just got a new $119 charge and they will not refund.
I will now be going to see which other apps I have that are associated this parent company and canceling those apps.

悪質！突然高額請求
何回か使ってそのままにしてしまっていました。月々2100円のはずが、数ヶ月後に突然8399円の請求が来ていました。
Appleのサブスクリプションではなく、サイトから直接カード引き落としになっています。
なので解約していないことに気づいていませんでした。
全く使ってないので私が何か申し込んだわけではないです。
メールフォームから返金を申し込みましたが対応していただけるのでしょうか。
こんな無断請求をするアプリを認可しているAppleもどうかと思います。

ゲーム内広告で頻繁に出てくるので、試しに７日間で始めて案の定続かず。７日にして良かったと思ってたら１ヶ月分の引き落としをされちゃった。解約したいがログイン出来ない。

This app will trick you into a small trial and then withdrawl funds from your account. Each withdrawl became higher and higher. They just took $138.70 from my account now. 9pm Friday night.
Support is non existent and started there are NO REFUNDS.

Dancebit
A fun, not boring way to exercise with different dance moves or steps, and with the different trainers. I have been enjoying all the different exercise routines. I am 72 years old and I am enjoying the challenge to learn and keep up with the trainers. The good thing is that I can choose to stay with exercises that are not so hard to learn and do not require aggresive movements unless I feel my body is ready to try to move a little faster. I just have to be careful not to twist my back too much and then everything is fine. Thanks Dancebit. Love you guys.

Beware of the small prints
There are many much cheaper options. After trying one week’s trial, I was not going to renew. Right at the minute the trial was over, they already auto-renewed and charged me 10 times the price I paid for the trail!
Love the workouts but the rarely add included new workouts
3.5 stars. I love the variety of dances and the instructors. I don’t like that they started charging extra for everything but the basics which they never add to. I also feel like they should give free trials to their subscriptions like the new lymphatic system. Not paying $9 when there is hardly any information about what you would actually get

This was so much fun, with a reminder to keep the stress low and the workout fun!
Beware
I cancelled my subscription in May 2023. I have just been charged an “auto-renewal” in July 2026. Despite contacting them, they say once it is processed, it is non-refundable. They will cancel me from next billing cycle, in 3 months. Meanwhile they keep my money. Their behavior is fraudulent.
