I waited over an hour and a half for a simple four minute taxi
Dantaxi do not turn up
Booking confirmation does not mean confirmed, even if made days ahead of the booking. This happens to us regularly. They pick and choose whether they want the appointment even though it says “confirmed”.

Visitors Can’t Use the App in Denmark
Unable to receive verification codes to US numbers.
Error 429
The app refuses to verify a new phone number and keeps issuing error 429 for a busy server. Very frustrating experience when you need an urgent lift.
Unusable
Can’t receive a confirmation code with a foreign number, so can’t sign up and use the app. Other ridecalling apps in CPH have no issues.

Always late
The past four times I’ve ordered a taxi with this company they’ve been at least 15 minutes late. You cannot count on them to get you anywhere on time. They show up when they want.

The taxi driver called Raj, was honestly the sweetest guy and made me feel super safe as a non Danish, drunk, white girl. I’ve had many taxi drivers over the last 5 years that have not spoke English or made me feel as safe as he did! 12/10 legend!
No verification code
As others have said, can’t get a verification code to activate the app. Even with my Danish number.
Completely Unreliable
We had an important appointment before our flight. We reserved a large van 10 hours before our pickup time. At our pickup time we got a message that the driver was 30 minutes away. Absurd, they took the Liberty of canceling my taxi from my meeting to the airport which is a pretty presumptuous move. Avoid!
