Great Service + People
I’ve been working with Dardoc since February and honestly couldn’t be happier with the service. The professionalism, care, and respect we’ve received throughout have been exceptional. Everything is handled with such efficiency and genuine consideration, which has made the entire experience so reassuring and stress-free. Kathlyn, the night nurse we’ve been working with, has been absolutely phenomenal. She is professional, caring, attentive, and truly wonderful at what she does. And Karima & the team, who have been nothing but supportive, helpful, and incredibly responsive from day one. Karima has always gone above and beyond to assist us and make sure everything is taken care of personally.
I highly, highly recommend Dardoc to anyone looking for exceptional service and people who genuinely care. We couldn’t be happier!

Good services but…
I’m getting tired of their promotional spam via push messages. Now getting like 2 or 3 a day. No way to opt out so you either risk missing important messages from your nurse.
They Lie
After doctor call doctor said there pharmacy will call but no body call and they have charge 149 just for a call with doctor it’s all lie
System glitch
Either the app is just a front, since after you book the appointment and you get a confirmation, they will call you and tell you that there is a glitch in their system and the time slot is not available and they give you time slots which is not convenient and then offer you a next day of slots…trying to call or reach customer service is also not possible, with all the ai features and call back option which also has a glitch…app looks nice and a lot of promises , not delivered. Hope they can improve the glitches and customer service…
