Good services but…
I’m getting tired of their promotional spam via push messages. Now getting like 2 or 3 a day. No way to opt out so you either risk missing important messages from your nurse.
They Lie
After doctor call doctor said there pharmacy will call but no body call and they have charge 149 just for a call with doctor it’s all lie
System glitch
Either the app is just a front, since after you book the appointment and you get a confirmation, they will call you and tell you that there is a glitch in their system and the time slot is not available and they give you time slots which is not convenient and then offer you a next day of slots…trying to call or reach customer service is also not possible, with all the ai features and call back option which also has a glitch…app looks nice and a lot of promises , not delivered. Hope they can improve the glitches and customer service…

Unless you want to book 6 or more hours , it very inconvenient and a very slow process where u will have to book one day at a time even if u wanted to book a month, their condition is book 6 or more hours

Unprofessional
Don’t use this service if you appreciate your time, money and nerves. They forget to take enough blood on the first try and had to come again. Then they didn’t send me the results during 48 hours as it was mentioned in app, it took a whole week and a few reminders.
Superb baby care
I want to thank dardoc for assigning me Gerlie ocomen to look after my baby. She is by far the best caregiver i ever hired . She is very professional ,punctual and geniunely caring person . She is very friendly and experienced in dealing with babies. She learned everything i needed to teach her about my child within 2 days period. I highly recommend any parent to hire her and i guarantee that your child will be in excellent hands.

Bad communication
I would advise users of the Dardoc app to be cautious when using the service to hire a nanny. While I found a good nanny through the app, there were some issues with the app's customer service and communication. They failed to inform me when they stopped working with my nanny's agency and also sent a new nanny to the wrong address, despite I having updated the address in the app. In both situations, it took some effort to get a resolution and the manager was rude in handling the matter. So, if you decide to use Dardoc, make sure to double-check all details and communicate clearly with the app's customer service team to avoid similar issues.

Outstanding service
I was hesitating to use this service at first but I was very happy after meeting Mary ( our lively nanny). My little girl loved her from the first day. She knows how to keep her busy and engaged the whole day. I love how much energy she puts into what she’s doing.
