Watch app please

This app is begging for a watch app companion for urgent alerts and respond actions.

Multilogin Feature

Hi, the app is quite usefull. It give us mobility and we are able to manage all alerts, investigations and take action quickly, but I would like to known if it’s possible to login in multiple accounts. It would be fantastic for MSSP providers. Thank you.

Solid App

Used daily, incredibly functional. Truly innovative solution and the app reflects that.

App does not work after recent revamp

App was great but after recent revamp the app does not even open on an iPhone SE 22 model!

App no longer launches after update

This app was working fine until the latest update. Now it just sits at the loading screen but never loads and just crashes a few seconds later…please fix! I depend on this app daily.

New update crashes upon startup

I receive notifications from the app but when I launch it the app crashes immediately. Roll the version back or fix it please

4.0.1 Won’t Open

Latest update to app will not launch. Sits on logo screen and never fully initializes. Please fix.

Crashes immediately

Two updates this week and both crash on launch. Highly reliant on this app and this is tremendously disappointing.

Getting there!

Review not updated for the new version.

The mobile app has just about everything I need to be aware of events on the network. There’s definitely still room for improvement: expanded context actions, the ability to tag devices, and more of the core functionality available when connected to the appliance’s web interface.

The Antigena section is just enough mobile functionality to help stabilize my nerves. The only downside currently is the lack of an option to manually initiate an Antigena block on arbitrary addresses or covered devices, especially from within a model breach or on the page for a device, in circumstances where an Antigena model breach has not already occurred.

Some extremely minor things:

On the Antigena page for a device where no actions are available, there’s a catchall notice to contact your representative if you don’t have Antigena licensed. I have no actual issue with this, but if someone on the app team finds themselves awake late at night and there’s nothing else catching their attention, I think at least a couple of us users would appreciate a cached license check for Antigena.
