I still can’t get in the app scheduler or the website even after changing my PW and giving reservation my email. And the phone system is worse with the changes. Put it back.
Login/account issues
Unable to login to my account i use or create a new one. I lost my other phone and it wouldn’t let me login on this one. I had someone lock the phone i lost. It keeps coming up as an error with me trying to do anything
App is ok
The app is good but idk why some buses you can track but others you can’t. Also don’t understand why some buses just stop running on the weekends making it hard to get to and from work

I’ve had nothing but problems with this app and I’ve called and called DART about the problems and not one person can help me out with this!!

PARATRANSIT
This is an excellent way to stay independent. Plan ahead. Leave going and pickup with extra time and you can ride anywhere they go. I have been to BRIDGEVILLE,Millsboro, Milford, Harrington & Dover Casino’s, Lewis -Dover & Newark to the pow wows. Use for all my medical, shopping and meeting a friend at a restaurant. I JUST LOVE IT. With many trips at $4 - it’s a GREAT DEAL

Good App!
I use this app for Paratransit. Normally what I do is I buy tickets the same day I use them. It is easy to use and when I ride Paratransit, I simply scan in the QR code to pay my fare. Using this app eliminates the need for paper tickets or cash and it makes it easier for DART First State to handle payments.

Worst website ever
Can’t register new account - website is terrible & bus schedule is inaccurate for Delaware Sussex County. Bus over an hour behind. Won’t accept email to register new account to pay bus fare- says email is invalid which is incorrect. Dart is a scam - won’t give cash back when paying on bus in Sussex Delaware & app won’t accept email to pay for bus which works everywhere else. Great concept - poor execution & unreliable.

not helpful
just presents a bunch of info and make it hard to figure out. whats the point of. putting info on bus signs if nothing in the app makes it easy to type that info in and if it does put it on the first page of the app. spent an hour trying and now i have to spend money i don’t have on an uber
Dart pass
I love this app so more convenient than a paper card always works every time
Ticket Issues
It’s a great app. But, you can only use your pass on a specific device and not across devices. Just got locked out of my phone and now my 30-Day pass cannot be accessed. Then customer service is not open on the weekend.

Unable to purchase tickets. Trying all day
Keeps saying error with transaction and I have money on my cards so i’m confused
Every time I go to purchase a ticket it tells me I can even tho I have money on every card and my data is on so Im confused on why I cant purchase a ticket

I had an account through Facebook and it will not let me sign in. It kicked me out every time. This is crazy. I don’t want to spend another 60 since my other has not ran out yet. Please fix it! I will be without it
