Very disappointing experience. ₹499 was deducted from my account through AutoPay without me realizing the subscription would renew. I requested a refund immediately after the deduction and cancelled the subscription, but this has caused unnecessary stress.
The app should provide much clearer renewal reminders and make it easier to manage or cancel AutoPay. I hope the support team processes my refund quickly and improves the subscription process so other users don’t face the same issue.

I subscribed to DashReels after seeing an offer that stated I would get a 1-day free trial and would be charged later. However, ₹699 was debited from my bank account immediately without my clear consent or adequate warning. I canceled the subscription as soon as I noticed the charge. The subscription terms were misleading and caused me to believe that no payment would be deducted during the trial period.

Scammers, frauds.
They show the add which says pay Rs 2 for the episode and when you do the payment they suddenly deduct 499 rupees from the account. No customer support. They are frauds. Please be aware of this scam site. Pathetic content . I don't know where to complain against them. Please help me file the lawsuit against them. And if the review is bad

Very disappointing experience with DashReels. The app deducted money from my account without any prior notification or clear explanation. There was no transparency regarding the charges, and customer support was not helpful in resolving the issue.
It feels like they are focused on taking users' money rather than providing real value or service. I would recommend others carefully review all charges and terms before using this app.

Technical glitch or a scam
I opted for free trial on 18 april, instead of ₹2 they charged ₹699 with autopay mandate of 699/- on 21st April. When i noticed this i revoked autopay on 20th April, they immediately suspended my services. Pathetic customer support, when i raised a ticket they replied it was a technical glitch but as you have used the services they are not going to refund. When i asked for atleast 3 months activation as i have allready paid for 3 months, they sent a mail that your account is active and enjoy for 3 months. Irony is the account is still INACTIVE. The chatbot suggests for raising ticket for the 3rd time. The support team doesn’t reply on mails.
A complete scam is run by this company with ZERO customer support.
Edit 21st may 2026:- in last one month after raising more than 20 complaints through their app i had got 15 mails stating my account is active (which is not active) 5 mails suggesting my case is geniune and i am eligible for refund and asked me to log for refund with chat support.
Their chat support has outrightly declared all communications misleading.
A complete scam is run by this company with ZERO customer support.

I don’t give any star for this app. Iam completely disappointed. Don’t take free trial 2 or 5 rupees subscription because before your free trail ends they take the actual subscription amount 699 from your account and not activate the subscription plan , look like scam app, Iam very disappointed. They take the full amount without our concern and no refund processed, bad experience .

I installed this app after seeing an advertisement on Instagram offering a 3-day trial for ₹2. However, instead of ₹2, ₹699 was deducted from my account through autopay without any clear warning or consent.
This is highly misleading and feels like a scam. There was no proper disclosure about the actual charges before the payment.
I have requested a refund and also filed a complaint with consumer authorities. I strongly advise others to be careful before subscribing to this app.

i took a subscription and the trial period was till 7th march and i tried to cancel the autopay by 6th of march but before i could cancel autopay 699/- was deducted from my account . this is so disappointing

Debited my account for ?.699 without giving access. THIS APP IS UNTRUSTABLE.
This app has debited my account for ?.699 on jan 21st 2026, they failed to give me the required access. I have escalated the matter with their support team. Every time they promise resolution in 48 hours but there is no support team. They have Al based reply support system. They do not reply nor resolve the issue. The question is not 699, but this is a clear fraud and theft happening on the apple app store in the name of entertainment. Request the appropriate authority to resolve the matter.

App isn't opening
I am facing a serious issue with this app. The app gets installed successfully, but whenever I try to open it, it automatically closes. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times, updated my iOS, and checked all phone settings, but the issue still persists. Please fix this bug as the app is completely unusable.
