I’m trying to make my car payment and certain selection (such as transfer date) is not working.
Can’t transfer money out to different account
This is the only bank I’ve ever done business with that has no solution for me to transfer funds to an external bank account.

App Rarely Works
I would say that I am only able to pay my bill on the app about once every 6 months. It almost never works. Their online services are not much better.

You have to do early payments before your due date !
So my car loan is due every 22 and before I refinance it I would always pay it that exact day or a day before but now I have to pay it like 4 days before because it doesn’t let me pay it the due date. So for example I have to pay the 19 for it to count on the 22. It’s honestly so annoying and I’m afraid they’re gonna repo bc of that

Sadly, this bank has snuck adds into their app. This was a huge disappointment to see. Really gross.
No very user friendly…
I’ve used many different mobile banking apps and this is the absolute worst I’ve come across!
I mainly use this to pay our vehicle loan and I can never find a payment date that works to schedule our payment! I have to always go at least a week out to find an acceptable date to use for this app! Every other mobile banking app I’ve used for similar reasons allows me to schedule the day I am trying to make the payment. I try making a payment on a Tuesday or Wednesday and this app will make me use the following Monday! This is ludicrous…I do not want to autopay this item as I always pay more than the monthly payment due and I have to always remember to schedule my payments way ahead otherwise, my payment is not made on time.
Also, randomly the faceID option disappears and I have to manually enter my username and password every time. Once again, the app has nowhere to select FaceID for my security login too. This is such a horrible app and I can’t wait to get my husbands truck paid off so I don’t have to deal with it anymore. I won’t ever finance a vehicle using this credit union either!!

Easy to use
The most recent update actually fixed all the bugs I was worried about with the huge app update. App works great now and super easy to operate.
Mobile Deposit Does Not Work
I have to retake picture of check 15-20 times before my check image is accepted. I bought a new phone hoping it was my phone’s camera. Other checks work, but my paycheck won’t deposit. I am forced to drive to bank to deposit my paycheck.

The app worked well and was easy to use. Now it’s a complete mess! The orientation flips from horizontal to vertical to horizontal. Transaction list only show a few transactions. Who did this? Who tested this? Who approved this mess?
