Idiotic shift recording
It’s stupid that staff have to manually adjust each shift’s hours and approve the changes. Surely software could recognise shift times properly. Very frustrating
Waist of time
This app is good for nothing but to scrape your data. Every time i try to use it i have to pick new security questions then when i finally get logged on i get error messages on every selection except previous pay stubs. Ill just look at my bank app for that info. Far as im concerned this app is JUNK!

Sense the update two weeks ago my hours worked have been off in the app. The clerk at work said their computer has my hours right. But my app is off

Stop kicking me out and making me change my password.

Can’t speak to anyone without a user identification number. This app is adding hours incorrectly and we have no way to communicate this information to the developer. Customer service not available.
Time card
In the last couple of weeks I’ve noticed that the time card isn’t adding the hours correctly. Please fix this, I like to keep track of the hours for the week and this is messing me up

Inflated by 10 to 20 hours for the last six weeks. I did not notice it until this past weekend.
Our week starts on Sunday. Before clocking in Monday morning, I had 15.90 hours. After clocking out Monday, according to the app I had 24.73 hours.
The inflated hours are different for each week, for the last 6 weeks.

Update makes schedule confusing
If scheduled for say 10pm to midnight on a Friday. The shift shows up on both Friday and Saturday schedule. It’s rather confusing.

I get logged out every other day. It’s been doing that for about a year now or more.
Doesn’t work
Idk if it’s an issue with the company I work for but the app doesn’t work. The Home Screen is blank and all you can do is view your account settings that’s it. I can only view information when accessing through a web browser on desktop

Why does kick me and all the password resets
POS App
Clocked out at work and I tried to log into the app and see if it registered, but like it always does, it said “error logging in” and didn’t let me log in. Then an hour and a half later when the app finally works again, I log in and see I’m still clocked in. Would’ve been nice to be able to check right then and there instead of finding out right before bed that I’m still clocked in and having to call someone to let them know. Smfh!
