No sun
On my iPhone whe I open the app it says “get Sunflower+ to get the widgets . Where do you get that. It’s a scam . There is no Sunflower+ in the apple App Store . Scam
Great concept, watch app needs work
This app is a great reminder to get outside and get some sunlight, but the watch app/complications are unfortunately not totally functional. It’s be great if it was fixed, but this is an otherwise wonderful app!
WATCH APP DOES NOT WORK!!!
Still a Great Concept, But Watch Functionality Needs Work
⭐️⭐️
This is my second review. I was really hoping that with time, the developer would address some of the issues, but unfortunately, that hasn’t happened yet.
I genuinely appreciate the concept of this app. Like many people, I struggle to get enough vitamin D, and this app has helped me become more mindful of that. Since I started using it, I’ve been intentional about stepping outside each day—even if only for a few minutes. It’s a small change that makes a big difference, especially when you work indoors all day.
That said, while the app runs smoothly on my iPhone, the Apple Watch version continues to disappoint. It constantly tells me to access the app from my phone, which defeats the purpose of having it on the watch. I even tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but doing so caused me to lose all the sunflowers I had collected—which was really frustrating.
Please consider updating the watch functionality. This app has so much potential and could be even more useful with proper Apple Watch support.

Just what I needed!
I had just set a goal to spend at least 15 minutes a day outside when I came across this app. I tend to be a hermit, spending way too much time sitting around indoors. I doubt if I would have stuck with my goal without an incentive though and this app fits the bill. It’s not always completely accurate - there are times when I’ve been in the sun for 15 minutes but it shows only 10, that kind of thing - but I stick it out until it records the 15 minutes. Still, it’s exactly what I needed right when I needed it.

Stops working.
It’s a great app idea but it’s just not executed well. It works for about a day and then my Apple Watch tells me I need to get “Sunflower+” for the Watch app to work.
I see the dev recently made the app free but failed to remove the license/upgrade check so the Watch app eventually stops working. Only way to fix it is to reinstall the iPhone app.
