Doesn’t support iOS password manager
I have a strong password set for my banking apps. This app doesn’t support password managers. I’m assuming it’s intentionally disabled paste as well. I’m not typing out a randomly generated password by hand on my phone — so this app is entirely useless.
With the latest update it is now unusable
The keyboard only appears after 1 min, and typing in anything introduces a 30 sec lag. This is impossible to use. The devs need to look at making sure this essential app works for people with thousands of contacts in their address book.
Garbage. Can’t close account
Pointless app. PayNow superior. Just another annoying step to sending money. Can’t close account because there’s a bug with a dialogue box that prevents you from doing this.

Impossible to Use After UI Update
After the latest UI update, it is no longer possible to transfer to multiple people. Everytime you try to search for more than one person, the app lags and keys you typed will only appear ten to twenty seconds later, making it take more than 20 times the time you need to send money to give people as compared to before. All the updates did not fix this issue, and I guess the lazy devs can’t be bothered since most don’t send to more than one pax at a time.

Timeout loop
The PayLah! App is in a constant loop of session timeout and won’t go back to login screen.
I miss China
A complete joke. I used to say that software developers from developed countries should teach the Chinese how to make apps. Maybe they should come to Singapore afterwards as well because this is more of a joke than what the Chinese makes. I’ve seen university level coding projects that run smoother

Every time I try to login, it say “Sorry. This service isn’t available right now. Please try again later”.
Put cents as default instead of dollar
Other payment apps when you type 300 it is $3.00 not $300 like paylah. Please fix this. Not difficult.
