Surprisingly effective app
Other than the app not being able to send an email PDF, re-registering my car and getting all relevant services was super easy!

Barely Functional
App is barely functional. Ticket payments through this app take 3-5 attempts minimum because it abruptly shuts down and closes every time you enter information and try to progress to the next screen, forcing you to start all over again. App is yet another example of how District of Columbia city services are a joke. Plus they announced the app by claiming you could save on a new 2.5% processing by paying for tickets through it instead of online or through other means, but within months they'd reversed that decision I mean lie. You now pay their ticket "processing" fee regardless of where or how you pay, because this city fills its budget gaps through any scam-like means it can come up with.

I just paid for a certified driver record that i was sent an error message every time I try to view it and now possibly have to deal with calling and dealing with yb attitude having government employees annoyed I’m now calling because i didn’t get a service I paid and need there help figuring why I’m unable to view a document I’ve paid for offered as an online service

APP DOESN’T WORK
This app conveniently never works so you could never pay your ticket on time. I feel like they wait till you accumulate late fees then allow you to pay. this app is a joke and needs to be fixed.
Trying to pay
Tried to pay a ticket before it doubled online. When I went to do so, the website was having “issues.” So I could not pay. Guess what….my ticket doubled because of it. And they would not credit me. Zero stars

Registration Replacement
I wasn’t able to purchase a registration replacement using an ECheck because the system would not allow me to put in Account holders information, therefore the transaction could not be processed.

Tried several times to no success. Could not pay my ticket through this app. I entered routing and did not accept my account number for some reason.
