The app itself is okay and not the most user-friendly, but the customer service support is nonexistent or barely there. Unfortunately, there is no better an alternative as of this writing. The people deserve better customer service support for the fees charged.

I tried the app several times after finishing filling out the application couldn’t upload it’s completely useless!!!

Horrible

They sent my passport without signature because my prior passport didn’t have one. The options they have don’t have anything listed for all the cases and they expect you to pay for it everytime they make a mistake. I’m paying together 600 something dollars to fix their mistake. Horrible service and system design and lack of accountability.
