Very bad experience
First of all when I attach an image it compresses it to a very low quality leading for rejection on both the app and in person after that step. And also if I’m applying on behalf of an individual with a legalized power of attorney why would it ask for his signature instead of mine there’s that I’m his power of attorney (it’s b/c he doesn’t live here) it doesn’t make sense. This app turned a simple process into chaos. If you’re going to digitalize the system at least make sure the users get good user experience and provide a detailed documentation for each case ppl use the app for
