This app was great. Was.
With this last update, I now have to delete the app every time I clock in or out. I have an older iPhone that works fine. I don’t want to replace it. I will probably have to now since I cannot upload the app again, I have enough data to do it, however when I went to delete the app, I just removed it from the home screen, now it just keeps going forth and back from the screen of open the app to the one where it says, there’s a new version of the app that I need to download.

Always Issues
There is always an issue when trying to clock in or out! Long wait period before it will even open to clock in/out! Many time I have to uninstall and reinstall to get it to work! Which always makes my clock in and out time incorrect! This should have been addressed since there is a review from a year ago with same issues!! Time to address this issue with the app.

Difficult to use, limited functions
This app is not user friendly. I constantly have to go back in and add notes to my punches just for them to be approved. Not sure why there is even a field to select service types if I have to retype them myself anyway. Things are not easy to find
Subpar time app
I’ve used multi apps to track time at different companies and for multiple employees. It’s seems fitting that the state chooses this one 😂 can’t reliably log in, requires 7 punch verifications, and still doesn’t log correctly

I can’t believe this poor app still going I don’t even know why why why why ???? I’m very getting tired of this app now I got little hours because this app ALWAYS REJECTED MY HOURS!!! 😌

This app is constantly rejecting my punches. I do not go over the time allotted for the day but it still rejects at least 3 times a week. Really need to fix these problems. It is very frustrating !

Suddenly I can’t log in
Suddenly It’s says this app collects and stores location date at moment of clock in/out to enable visit vertification per your employer’s requirements.dont know why？
Worst app
This app has been the worst. It’s gotten worse over the last year. It used to be just fine two years ago and now every time I try to log in and out I have to go in and out of the app 3 to 4 times trying different methods like picture versus pin. I’m not the only aid for my client that’s having the same issue.

Lack of consideration
I tried multiple times clocking in or out to make sure my time is recored, but it seems the past clock ins does not record your data! Therefore how am i sure that ive been doing it good? I contact HSMA payroll n no one seems to follow up woth the many voicemails or promised callbacks to me. Ive never gotten paid since December! Im irritated with the system provided for us struggling caregivers!

Horrible and way to complicated
Please, why does this need to be so complicated and too many go here’s. And email this person and zero direct contact messaging. I don’t recommend and can’t believe this is a viable option. Use another platform.
Unreliable
This app is so unreliable…. Works one day…. Actually one punch and can stop the next. Currently, everytime I go to punch in, the app opens, I go to take pic and the screen is black… then when I press the button to take picture, it completely loga me out by shutting down the app.
Worst app ever
The DCI mobile app has to be one of the most infuriating apps known to man. From endless bugs to the fact that there is no Face ID, this app could truly use overhauling.
Frustrated user
I use several similar apps for other jobs and this is by far the worst. You have to go on a browser to do anything other than punch in and out.

I don’t understand how this app works ! It giving me headache I used the SANDATA before and it’s been working fine since I started using.but this app doesn’t let me do anything it’s just wasting my time everyday I’m login I couldn’t even do my hours and it’s not good ! I miss my SANDATA app this DCI MOBILE EVV APP IS SUCKS!!!
