Very Convenient
This app is so convenient! I am able to handle all my Driver Service needs without going to the center! Just renewed my license while flying home on a vacation! Easy peasy! Take your time and read the questions thoroughly!
Permit test
This app is actually really good. The questions on the permit test were the exact same if not very similar to the questions on this app.

Useless
I filled out all the info, but when it came time for the app to “verify” it just gave a blank screen. After a minute, it took me back to the log-in screen. I couldn’t log in however, since the app never verified and allowed me to create my account.

Doesn’t work
I just got my license and scanned the barcode to access app. I went through all the account creating steps and got the confirmation email. I went to login and it keeps giving me an error code about authentication. I tried forgot email/password and it takes me to the verification screen. I tried creating account and it says I already have one and to login and the steps keep repeating. It doesn’t work.

Time to renew. To sign into website I was asked to scan my ID then my face. Kept saying couldn’t verify. Went to kiosk. The same thing happened. Called DmV. On hold transferred three time. Real nasty person the second transfer. Found out about app. Created account on app without scanning anything. But! It said sign in online with website and enter two part authentication so phone number. Then as if by magic I could just order my DL. No face scan no id scan. And that worked. It’s a typical DMV mess. Why!!!! Good luck folks!

Waste of tax payers $
You can’t update anything through the application; the selfie verification is broken. The application doesn’t interface with the dds.gov website. If you were ever curious about the ramifications of no-child left behind… Viola!
Address change
I keep trying to change my address online for my license but it says I need to get the newer version of the app. I just got in the App Store and there is no new version of this app! So how am I suppose to get the updated version if there’s no new version in the App Store.
Waste of time
Terrible app. Blanks out and will not let you proceed. Have to go into DMV which is the exact opposite purpose of what the app is for.
Where is the new version?

Horrible design
Once you attempt to login you are greeted with an error stating you must turn on two factor authentication on Eservice before they let you log in. So now you have to create an account on GA Eservice, setup two factor authentication and wait. You have to wait because it’s been 72 hours since I’ve setup two factor authentication on Eservice and I still can’t login on this app.

This app is awful. A decent AI prompt would write something that works. Wasted close to 2 hours trying to renew license. Complete failure. Integration to camera failed on all types of verification.

I tried to sign up for this, but it wouldn’t go through! I just read the reviews and gave up - just deleted the app entirely. Total waste of time and it needs to be trashed!!
Too many logins for everything not to work
Once you get through the login loop, the app is fine for looking up information. I couldn't finish a change of address with it. I got to a point where a screen was blank, with no explanation or error message. I had to finish on the website.
