Great, bot it kinda aggressive more then needed
Love talking to customers when they have questions after or before business hours, and during of course to answer the questions, but the bot tends to be a little rude.
No alerts!
App does not audibly alert you when there is a chat waiting. You need to be in the app to see that there is a new alert. Garbage.

Mostly works but I have to re-log in everyday. It would be nice if the app remembered my password (my old Samsung S7 did this) or used the iPhone face recognition to log in automatically

Works great when you’re not in the office. Would love to see some admin features on here that would allow me to see everyone’s conversation history and not just my own.
