I’m really happy with IdealMart! The prices are cheap, and even though the service fees are a bit high, the discounts on food make it totally worth it. The delivery time is a little longer compared to other food delivery apps, but the food arrives safely, which is most important to me. Unlike other apps where delivery drivers sometimes mishandle orders, IdealMart ensures a reliable and secure delivery. Overall, I’m very satisfied and think it’s definitely worth using.

If I could give zero stars, I would.
This app advertises huge discounts on Ford products, but it’s completely misleading. As soon as you add items to your cart and head to checkout, you’re slapped with massive service fees that basically wipe out the discount.
By the time you reach the final price, it’s the same as buying without a discount, sometimes even more. Total bait-and-switch. It’s disappointing and feels dishonest.
Don’t waste your time unless you’re okay with surprise charges. The app needs to be upfront about real pricing — not just use fake discounts to lure people in.

Very bad service and totally unprofessional. Got expired product. Also, no option for cancellation and they don’t give option for get refund in the bank on the app. Not preferable.
