Order not delivered and no refund
Placed a Father’s Day gift for delivery on June 21st. The order was never delivered and after complaining they offered to give a IGP wallet credit. I wanted the refund to my original payment method which is my bank account. They didn’t respond back to my request and basically stole my money. I will not recommend shopping with them.

I am from canada and I ordered a gift for my sisters birthday. They did not deliver it and on top of that customer seevice is sooo bad bad they take all the information from you only to say it was delivered (it was not) worst app ever do no fall for this.

Buggy app. Have saved addresses but keeps asking me to complete address when trying to order 🙄
Their costumer service needs improvement
Their customer service needs little improvement, they helped me after 2-3 days of date of order. Their whatsapp customer care doesn’t respond for few days better send them mail. I wish they improve the customer service because it’s a great app.
Worst customer service service.
Ordered a cake. They did not process the order, missed the delivery and when i checked with them after a week they refuse to take any complaint saying it is 48 hours after requested delivery date. Unbelievable. This is for an order they did not wven move to prepare status. And they expect their customer to track if the order is delivered or not and if not tracked, then customer fault
