Worst delivery, worst packaging and worst customer service.
If the product is damaged, no matter how many times you will contact you have to state the issue every single time. Even if you are promised for the re delivery of a damage product. They will not do that until and unless you will text them 100 times.
I hate it i would always go for fnp over this.

Please do not order . Adding $1 to single item after adding into cart. Customer Support is horrible.

I recently ordered Rakhis from IGP. I have been ordering from past 10yrs.
I reached out to customer support after 5mins of ordering to cancel my Order and they refused.
Also, IGP adds $1 to every single product without informing user .
Please be aware, they are scamming consumers .
This was last order . NEVER BUYING EVER AGAIN.
