Horrible service. Scam! Save your money
I've had the worst experience with them. They didn't deliver my package. I've sent them over 10+ emails , chat, contacted them via Instagram yet their support sends me generic message saying I haven't replied to their emails and now they've closed the ticket. Their support doesn't read emails. Person managing their Instagram says your issue will be dealt with and nothing happens. it's a scam! Do not waste your money with this service

This app is a SCAM!
I have had this experience twice and wanted to share my honest review, this is a SCAM company. Twice I ordered stuff and nothing got delivered and everytime they offered to refund but only in FnP cash, it’s like everytime they just keep refilling worthless FNP cash with my real money. The customer service is really hard to reach and when we reach it, they blatantly lie to your face - I had paid extra for next day delivery and even had a screenshot of the order, guess what? The customer service denied a literal screenshot. This has to be the worst customer experience ever of my life. Stay away from this garbage.
