Very nice app and customer service is very good. Happy to have you around! Only thing have to say, within one order, if we choose multiple item, we have to give separate delivery charge! Shouldn’t be one delivery charge for one order and not the different items in one oder?

I’ve used F&P so many times over the years and they are usually good but I think they have just become too big to bother about old customers like myself! I live in the UK and send birthday and other greetings to friends and family around the world but I now find I cannot contact anyone to sort out my problem. So I solved it thru ChatGPT! It told me a way round my problem: order without logging into my account. Tedious but it worked.

International Orders Need Major Improvement
The app is very frustrating for international orders. Every time, I have to reselect the country, city, and order details repeatedly because the app doesn’t save addresses properly. Poor user experience overall.

1. The payment method is horrible for USA customers. I had great difficulty
2. Customer service for USA customers is not up to mark.
3. Fnp needs USA customers but doesn’t have a minimum phone number for local USA.
4. Chat agents are not well trained. Impatient.
5. Customer service needs be trained in OM(order Mgmnt), they couldn’t cancel a in booked order for me to rebook it.
Horrible but depends upon if you have any options better.

I don’t see why they have added. A new mandatory charge called the delivery charge, and then there is anyway a ton of other charges like the convenience charge, and whatever else ! FnP has become fraudulent. They were not like this when they started off. Sad!
