Really Bad service
I Ordered flowers for my wife on her birthday unfortunately the flowers were never delivered to her, and the surprise was completely ruined, I then contacted the Customer Service department to rearrange the delivery, but she just logged off saying that the complete department will be in touch with you. this is not a Customer Service., I would not have to change the company that they should have been doing something to fix the issue. birthday comes once in a year and you don't get a second chance to make that moment special. I will not order again from this company. very bad experience from delivery service and customer service.

Got scammed
My Rakhi did not deliver to the address. There was no delivery signature nothing. I decided to give it a few days in case the order was delayed. Then I called them from Australia, they told me they can’t help me after 72 hours. I said I emailed back but that was a no reply email they said. I’m just incredibly frustrated I bought this expensive hamper only for it to not get delivered and they do absolutely nothing about it.
