Currently Very Unhappy
I really appreciated the fact that you would receive a text message whenever the card was used so you knew where you were in “real time”. That wonderful capability has now been lost and replaced by a £100 or more spend! So now unless I check into my account I don’t know where I am! Also if anything was to go “wrong” I wouldn’t be aware of the fact until I checked my account again! A lot of damage could be done spending less than the £100 text activator! A very backward step in my opinion! 😡 😤 No access to “real time” CARD BALANCE or AVAILABLE SPEND information within Apple Wallet either. A second division credit card service with no intention of improving!!!

Useless
This app constantly fails to work and will not accept any login information.
Every time the app is updated it keeps logging you out and then won’t accept the login details again. It won’t recognise any account information. It’s totally and utterly useless. I’ll be closing the account forthwith. Good riddance to it

I have been trying to to log in my account for 2yrs I have phoned many many times I do not have my old Debenhams store card user name but as soon as I put credit card number/account number in always say incorrect details. I would like to track my account without having to phone every time as if I am in Australia it costs over £8 per call. Sick of getting in touch and nothing done

Balance transfer offer
I have recieved a balance transfer offer for 1 year from a different credit card company and am hoping Debenhams will at least natch the offer of 0% for 1 year. The credit limit increase is good but the balance transfer would be more practical as I am nowhere near my credit limit.

2025 April update killed login
Not amused by this patch for an “April fools” joke. App no longer logs in. Bot looking forward to deleting and re re-authenticating the app.
App slow to open and load since last update
Since last update, this app has been very slow and buggy. It takes ages to open and load to show available to spend but even then the app doesn’t load completely to show my recent payments or transactions.

Absolutely shocked by small print terms. trying to use the loyalty points converted to a voucher almost impossible as the things you want to buy are reduced, the voucher only applies to full price products NOT including beauty!!! An absolute con

Payit doesn’t show my bank as well known creating a major problem when paying
Failures to pay in App are a Nightmare.
Intermittent failures whilst paying are a nightmare. Their answer is to RELOAD the App. This is worse than the scripted IT solution of Turn It Off and On again !

I purchased/ mattress single and double I was trying to get two good ones it took a few months I decided on Debenhams they are so comfortable really deep with a topper I am so happy with them I definitely know I have brought the best
