Awful service

I’ve sent a US passport, a US state issued driver’s license and a screenshot of my THIM yet they keep demanding my national ID card - they don’t get we don’t have one is the US beyond a passport. You can’t understand their call center and they send you to Facebook messenger for help. Make this make sense.
