Worst App Experience I’ve Had
This app is unbelievably broken. The navigation is a complete mess and the interface feels like it was thrown together for a beginner programming class. Nothing flows, nothing makes sense, and basic actions take way more effort than they should.
I tried to sign up for the Wallet feature and the page just froze—completely unresponsive. Had to force close it multiple times and still couldn’t get through. This is on the latest iOS (26.4.1) on a perfectly fine 4-year-old iPhone, so there’s really no excuse.
Honestly, this is just a frustrating, poorly built piece of software. Fix your app.

Not usable for foreigners
Foreigners cannot use this app, only Thai citizens with a Thai Id card. Odd that they went through the effort to make this in English and put it on foreign app stores and not just region restricted to Thailand like other local apps.
Foreigns not allowed
Please have app note “Thai citizens Only”. Wasted my time after installing app.
Went through documents to setup function account. Allows email, password and pin and then block any functions. Can’t even read card value!
Got my card at bts station and wanted to topup without having to go to station kios since the there was not working.

I don’t want to turn on notifications
every time I open this app, it tells me to open Settings so I can turn on notifications for this app, but I do not want to stop telling me to turn on notifications. if i say NO, then stop the pop up
